Karen Adatto has over 36 years of experience as a Realtor in Northern New Jersey. Karen was born and raised in Jersey City, graduated from St. Michael’s H.S. and continued her education at The Berkeley Business School, Manhattan Campus. Karen began her career in inside sales and worked in the office products industry where she met her husband, Eli. In January, 1979 they moved to Ringwood when Eli's daughter, Cindy decided to move in with them. After giving birth to their son, Brian in 1981, Karen decided to devote her time to her family, which grew again in August of 1984, when Eli's other daughter, Dawn, decided to live with them as well. Karen held many volunteer positions in many organizations, including Cupsaw Lake Improvement Association, Ringwood Junior Woman’s Club, Ringwood School’s PTO’s as well as a St. Catherine’s parishioner. Karen also enjoyed being present at all of the children’s sporting activities, walks in our beautiful State Parks, skiing nearby and swimming at Cupsaw Lake. In 1988, Karen attended real estate school and joined the Coldwell Banker Ringwood Office (formally Schlott Realtors) where she was approaching 37 years, until they closed their Ringwood office in October of 2024 and then transferred her license temporarily to their Kinnelon Office. Since 1988, Karen has been listing and selling homes in Ringwood, Wanaque & West Milford, helping thousands of clients realize their dreams of homeownership. Christine (Ward) Burger was born and raised in Ringwood where she currently resides with her husband Frank and sons Jackon and Evan. She is an active member of the community by way of church community, youth soccer, lake membership, and other volunteer organizations. She lives and breathes the “it takes a village”. Christine has a background in early childhood education and successfully led a pre-school in Ringwood with a mission of serving the community with a high-quality program. The passion for providing quality customer service as well as many of the skills required to run a school translate seamlessly to real estate. From organizational skills, building connections, and expertise on the community needs, she has them all. Christine enjoys the outdoors, if she isn’t spectating at a field, you can frequently find her on the hiking trails in town, kayaking on the reservoir, or bird watching in the beautiful state park. Christine’s passion for helping people by way of resources, networking, or simply lending a hand makes her an extremely attentive and professional real estate agent.
